Lots of fun events in Austin in May: Broadway in Austin shows, the Austin Greek Fesitival, and Austin FC games! But, the most iconic event of all is The Pecan Street Festival, a large and long-running arts and music festival in Central Texas, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a change of venue. The Spring 2025 festival, usually held on Austin's Sixth Street, will be held close to my home neighborhood at the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave on May 3-4. The festival will feature over 300 artisan booths, live music (including a tribute to Austin's Roky Erickson), and family-friendly activities.
